IRONGLASS adapters are expanding into mirrorless mounts with their new upcoming AIR series. The AIR series is being touted as compact vintage rehoused lenses.
The AIR series is claimed to have a gentle focus fall off, bokeh texture, and optical imperfections. With so many people now using small-sized cameras with mirrorless mounts, making compact rehoused vintage optics with modern mechanisms certainly makes sense.
The lenses will be available in the following focal lengths:
- 37mm T2.9
- 58mm T2.1
- 85mm T1.5
They will be available in the following user-swappable mounts:
- Sony E-mount
- Nikon Z-mount
- Canon RF-mount
- Leica L-mount
- Fujifilm GF-mount
- Leica M-mount
The lenses feature unified focus and iris rings and a 180-degree focus throw.
