Tarion TitanRig Cart Pro: A Fold-Flat Production Cart Shown at IBC 2026

Tarion brought its TitanRig cart Pro to IBC 2026, a production cart that folds flat in seconds via quick-release latches rather than the slow bolt-together assembly of a typical rack cart, or the flimsiness of a repurposed beach cart. We caught up with Tarion’s Adam on the show floor, who ran through both the Base and Pro versions. I think you will be surprised on the pricing.

What it is

Tarion TitanRig Cart Pro IMG 2261

The TitanRig Pro opens into a tiered platform system, top, middle, and bottom, each rated for a different load, and folds flat again the same way: a few quick-release latches, no tools. Adam demonstrated the fold and unfold live, closing it down to a flat package that fits in a trunk in a few seconds. The same folding side panels that support the platform when it’s open also help keep loaded gear from sliding out through the middle, a dual-purpose part of the design Adam pointed to as what sets it apart from a standard folding utility cart.

Featured Specifications

  • Load capacity: 440 lb total (per B&H listing; Adam described it on camera as 30kg/60kg/100kg across tiers)
  • Cart weight: 20kg
  • Fold time: A few seconds, tool-free quick-release latches
  • Wheels: Pro ships with all-terrain wheels standard; interchangeable with hard plastic wheels
  • Price: Base $449.99, Pro $599.99, both at B&H

Pro version and accessories

The Pro shares the same frame and fold mechanism as the Base cart, but adds a larger top platform with locking side flaps (so a laptop resting there doesn’t dig into your arm), a side saddle for lenses and small gear, and a rigid bottom organizer tray that slides in and out. Both clip on and off in a few seconds, and Base-cart owners can buy Pro accessories separately to upgrade rather than needing a whole new cart.
