Laowa Nanomorph 1.5X 60mm T2.9 Macro Anamorphic First Look

At IBC in Amsterdam, Laowa announced its new Nanomorph 1.5X 60mm T2.9 Macro Anamorphic lens that joins the existing Nanomorph S35 series.

This is a lightweight and compact macro anamorphic lens that supports 0.5X magnification. The minimum focusing distance is 24cm / 9.44″. Just like the other lenses in the series, it is available in blue, amber, and silver flare options.

Having a macro lens in an anamorphic set makes a lot of sense, considering most anamorphic lenses tend to have a poor minimum focusing distance.
