Sony has released Firmware V1.1 for its FR7 PTZ camera. The FR7 now supports internal recording/playback via PoE++. A single network cable is all that is needed for image transfer, power supply, remote control, and internal recording/playback, significantly expanding the range of applications.

Benefits and Improvements

Adds support for the following:
Remote Control Panel: RCP-1500/1501, RCP-1530, RCP-3100, RCP-3500/3501
Master setup unit: MSU-1000, MSU-1500, MSU-3000, MSU-3500
Camera Remote Control Software: HZC-RCP5, HZC-CSM10

Adds support for the recording and playback functions when power is supplied by PoE++

Adds support the following GENLOCK input reference signals: 1920×1080 24.00P and 1920×1080 23.98P
