Chimera has announced the availability of Lanterns, Lightbanks, and the Octa for the ARRI Orbiter.
There are 5 new accessories that have been designed for the ARRI Orbiter, Medium & Large Lanterns, Small & Medium Lightbanks, and an Octa 4. These Lanterns, Lightbanks and Octa add extra versatility when using ARRI’s Orbiter. All accessories are handcrafted in the USA with Chimera’s proprietary textiles.
Available options
- Dome M is a 20” (508mm) diameter compact lantern, complete with a skirt kit.
- Dome L is a 30” (762mm) diameter lantern, complete with a skirt kit.
- Lightbank S provides a standard Small aperture, 24×32” (610x813mm), includes Full & Half Chimera Cloth screens and accepts other S screens and grids.
- Lightbank M provides a standard Medium aperture, 36×48” (914x1219mm), includes Full & Half Chimera Cloth screens and accepts other M screens and grids.
- Octa 4 gives a 4’ (1.3m) octagonal aperture to the Orbiter.
Each Chimera accessory for the Orbiter includes a Quick Lighting Mount (QLM) Speed Ring.
These new accessories are available now exclusively from ARRI dealers and distributors worldwide.
