These stunning little Perar 24mm f4 pancake lenses are hand made by Miyazaki Sadayasu of MS optical in Japan. There are currently only 50 pieces of each finish available in the whole world. Aimed at stills shooters they also could also be used for super low profile videography.

The Perar 24mm f/4 pancakes are designed for full frame cameras and available in silver and black finishes. It is a m-mount lens which can easily be adapted to NEX or M4/3 mounts with an adapter. The lens is constructed of just three coated optics, with manual focus and aperture rings, and a 19mm front thread (tricky to fit ND filters to). Close focus is a rather distant 1.2m and focusing for can be a little tricky. Both colours are priced $774US (6,000HKD) and they are expected to make another 100 pieces of each this year.
