Final Cut Pro 12.2

Apple has released Final Cut Pro 12.2, which just adds some stability improvements and bug fixes.

So what is new?

Apple has added a new tutorial for the Magnetic Timeline. Users can access this by navigating to Help > Magnetic Timeline tutorial in the application menu.

The 12.2 update reduces the time it takes for Final Cut Pro to open, specifically for users who have a large number of third-party audio units or plugins installed.

Finally, there is a Beat Detection crash fix, which addresses a bug that caused the software to quit unexpectedly when users adjusted zoom levels in the timeline while Beat Detection was enabled.
