Godox has announced its new LC500R Air and LR150 Air LED fixtures. As the name suggests, these are lightweight, inflatable fixtures that can be used for a variety of lighting applications.
Both lights share similar features and functionality.
Godox LC500R Air RGB Inflatable LED Stick Light (2.5′)
The Godox LC500R Air RGB Inflatable LED Stick Light (2.5′) includes a controller and battery grip. It offers full-color lighting, multiple operating modes, adjustable brightness, green-magenta shift, and claimed CRI 96 and TLCI 98 ratings.

Users can inflate the LC500R Air with the included air pump, and then deflate it after use so it takes up very little space in a bag. It weighs in at just 1.2 lb / 532g (Fixture with Battery).
The LED stick light attaches to its controller and includes a battery grip that makes the fixture suitable for a variety of handheld setups.
The light is CCT adjustable between 2800 and 10,000K, and it includes +/- 100 green-magenta shift. The LC500R Air has a claimed bare light output of up to 854 lux at 1m / 3.3′ when used at 5600K.
Users can control the light via onboard controls or through the Bluetooth app that also lets you do firmware upgrades. An integrated screen provides lighting settings information for quick local adjustments.
The light has 14 FX options, including RGB cycle, party, flash, lightning, cloudy, broken bulb, TV, candle, fire, fireworks, explosion, welding, cop car, and SOS presets.
It is powered by a rechargeable battery, and Godox claims that it can run at full output for approximately 1.5 hours, and it takes around 2 hours and 20 minutes to recharge. The included battery grip connects directly to the supplied controller and features a USB-C port for charging.
Godox includes an air pump to let you quickly inflate the light. Also supplied are a charging cable, as well as the necessary controller, fixing rod, and battery grip. Diffuser and grid modifiers are also available separately.
Godox LR150 Air Bi-Color Inflatable LED Ring Light (2′)
The Godox LR150 Air Bi-Color Inflatable LED Ring Light (2′) is a lightweight ring light fixture with a controller and battery grip, and an inflatable, travel-friendly design. The light has a large inflated diameter of 2′ and provides soft fill lighting.

The light has a CCT range of 2800 to 6500K and claimed CRI 97 and TLCI 98 ratings. The LR150 Air has a claimed bare light output of up to 564 lux at 1m / 3.3′ when used at 5600K.
The light comes with a controller for making CCT and brightness adjustments. An integrated screen provides lighting settings information for quick local adjustments. You can also control the light using the Godox Bluetooth app. The light has 11 FX options.
The fixture is powered by a rechargeable battery, and it provides around 1.5 hours of runtime on a full charge at 100% brightness. It recharges in around 2 hours and 20 minutes. The included battery grip connects directly to the supplied controller and features a USB-C port for charging of the grip itself, not the light body. You can use the included controller’s USB-C port to charge the light body.
Godox includes an air pump to let you quickly inflate the light. Also supplied are a charging cable, as well as the necessary controller, fixing rod, and battery grip for easy assembly. A MagSafe-compatible magnetic smartphone holder is also available separately.
