
Blazar is inviting users to submit their best work that was shot on Blazar Lenses that will be shown at NAB 2025 in Las Vegas.
There are three categories that you can submit work for:
- Narrative
- Non-Fiction/Documentary
- Music Video
Work shot on Remus, Cato, Nero, Apex and Great Joy lenses are all welcome. Each showreel will premiere on April 6th at The Blazar Lens booth at NAB 2025 and it will also be posted across social media. If you want to participate and share your work, submit your entry today.
Narrative:
Whether it’s sci-fi, drama, horror, musical, comedy or all of the above, this showreel aims to feature the diversity of genres shot on Blazar Lenses.
Non-Fiction/Documentary:
This reel will showcase non–fiction work shot on Blazar Lenses. Whether it’s documentary, interviews or dramatic reenactments, this reel is for you.
Music Video:
The showreel aims to celebrate the creative variety of music videos shot on Blazar Lenses.
The Deadline for all reel submissions is March 1st.

Rules for submission (Please read them ALL):

- You must be the videographer, director, or DP of the film to be eligible to submit. Along with the submission, you must provide credits for the director and DP. If you were both, please let Blazar Lens know.
- Your video must be shot exclusively on Blazar Lenses (if multiple lens sets were used, please only submit specific Blazar shots) Please indicate what Blazar lens was used.
- Your video must be submitted in 2K or higher resolution. We will export the reel in 4K 16:9.
- All aspect ratios are welcome.
- All footage should be final, and graded. Any footage still under NDA at the time of submission is not allowed.
- Do not add logos, subtitles or text overlays to your video. (Music Video Title Cards are allowed). Blazar Lens will add all credits to the end of its reel for you.
- All content has to be SFW. They will not include shots with nudity, gore, hateful, or upsetting content (horror, we’re looking at you)!!
- Work submitted to last year’s Remus showreel is welcome, though they will prioritize the inclusion of new content in this reel
- While they will take the time to review all submissions, they cannot guarantee every submission to be included in the final reel.
- By submitting your work, you also give Blazar Lens permission to share stills from selected work to be posted on social media. Please include any @ ‘s in your credits so they can tag you/ add as collaborator.
To submit your work, please send a downloadable file to [email protected]. Be sure to title the email as “(Category) Showreel Submission – TITLE OF VIDEO” so they don’t miss it! (For example, “Narrative Showreel Submission- “DEEPSPACE”- SELECT SHOTS”)
