Westcott has announced its new L60-B COB LED. This is being touted as a compact and versatile lighting fixture for filmmakers or photographers.
The L60-B features a 60W Bi-Color COB LED and it is CCT adjustable from 2700K to 6500. It has claimed photometric scores of 97 CRI, 98 TLCI, & 88 SSI.

According to Westcott, its small size and weight make it ideal for
run-and-gun filmmaking, video interviews, YouTube content, TikTok filming, and still photography.
The L60-B is compatible with a variety of modifiers, including Westcott’s Rapid Box Switch, and it comes with a free light mount insert. The L60-B’s metal yoke with its 5/8″ (16mm) receiver is capable of tilting and rotating 360°.
The L60-B runs on universal 100-240 VAC current, but it can also be powered by using the optional Westcott L60-B Battery Grip with NP-F Adapter when AC power is unavailable.
The L60-B interface consists of two control dials on the back of the unit,
and is also controllable using the Westcott StudioLink app which is available for iPhone and Android. It also features 9 built-in effects making it easy to simulate lighting scenarios.
The L60-B Bi-Color COB LED is available individually or in compact backpack kits.
