CAME-TV has announced a new Carbon Fiber Matte Box. This is being touted as an affordable matte box option for use with cine lenses.
This is a simple clamp-on matte box that has been designed to fit onto cine lenses that have a front diameter of 114mm. The matte box can take a single 4″ x 4″ or 4″ x 5.65″ filter.
It features a removable and adjustable Carbon Fiber Top Flag. CAME-TV has also added a series of 3/8″ and 1/4″ threads and a cold shoe adapter on top of the matte box.

The CAME-TV Carbon Fiber Matte Box is now available for $196 USD.
This new matte box shouldn’t be confused with the CAME-TV Matte Box With Carbon Fiber Flag that retails for $188 USD. That matte box fits 95mm front diameter cine lenses.
