The service center is at the Tilta store at 2801 W. Magnolia Blvd Burbank, CA where gear can be dropped off and picked up.
The Tilta Store is in the same vicinity as Abelcine, Hot Rod Cameras & Wooden Camera stores so you can make it a day trip.

Tilta’s warranty covers:
Machined Parts – 24 months from time of purchase
Electronic Parts – 12 months from time of purchase
Proof of purchase must be provided to claim warranty and purchases made from Amazon or eBay need to go back to the original seller for assistance.
Warranty Process
To initiate a warranty process, customers can email [email protected] about the issue.
Tilta says that they will respond in 24-48 hours with:
- Warranty Validation
- Cost of parts/ labor
- Length of time the service will take
This is a good step forward for Tilta, offering a local service center as it will speed up the downtime that customers are without their gear. Especially if it’s a crucial piece that can ultimately cause a loss of income whether it’s for your own job or a rental.
