The new llano 4-in-1 NP-FZ100 Battery Charger & 10400mAh Power Bank is an interesting product if you own or use mirrorless hybrids. It is being touted as an all-in-one solution that you can use as a card reader, a battery charger, and a power bank to charge other devices.
There are various versions available for Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, and Panasonic cameras. For this review, I will be looking at the Sony version that comes with a Sony NP-FZ100 2600mAh Aurora battery.
This version is compatible with the Sony a7III, a7IV, a6700, FX3, FX30, a7C, a7CII, a7RV, a7RIII, a6600, ZV-E1, ZV-E10II, a9, and a1.

This all-in-one power and storage kit comes with an NP-FZ100 2600mAh Aurora battery, 10400mAh power bank, 20W PD fast charger, USB 3.0 card reader, and a smart storage case.
Fast Charger & Power Bank
The case features a 20W PD fast charger and a 10400mAh power bank.
The case can charge your NP-FZ100 battery in about 1.5 hours. As the case is a 10400mAh power bank, you can use it to recharge multiple batteries (one at a time), while also powering phones or accessories. Given that the included battery has a rating of 2600mAh, and the case is a 10400mAh power bank, it should be possible to fully charge around 3-4 batteries on a single charge.
You can also use a battery, power bank, etc, that has a USB-C PD output to charge the case.
NP-FZ100 2600mAh Aurora battery
The included NP-FZ100 2600mAh Aurora battery is claimed to offer 20% longer runtime than standard cells. It also has a built-in USB-C input, so you can also charge it that way.
The battery features a built-in LED power display that shows charge levels in the following increments: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.
USB 3.0 Card Reader & Storage
The USB 3.0 card reader offers claimed transfer speeds of up to 312MB/s by utilizing the built-in USB 3.0 SD4.0 slot.
The transfer speed is reasonably fast for an SD card reader, and I was able to transfer 256GB from a V90 SD card to my computer in 7 minutes and 13 seconds.
In the kit, you get a USB-C to USB-C/USB-A combo cable.
There is also an additional SD card storage spot for keeping a spare card. This could also be used to place an additional card that still needs to be transferred.
Build Quality
The case is solidly made and constructed, and the magnetic lid stays shut even if you turn it upside down and shake it.
The product is certified with FCC/UL standards and features overcharge, overcurrent, overheating, and short circuit protection.
There is a reasonably large digital display on the front of the case that shows you clear and concise information about the operating status.
You can see real-time charging progress and the battery status, as well as whether the case is in card reader mode. On the left side of the display, it shows the remaining power of the power bank as a percentage. On the right side, it shows you the remaining power of the NP-FZ100 battery.
You can’t just put a battery into the slot and start charging. You need to press the power button for it to start.
To put the case into card reader mode, you need to press the power on/off button twice. You will then see an icon displayed on the status screen. While the case is in card reader mode, it won’t charge the battery. As there is only a single USB-C output, you also can’t power other devices while it is in card reader mode.
Size & Weight
The case weighs in at 350g / 12.34 oz without the included battery. It has physical dimensions of 120 x 8.3 x 48.5mm (LxDxH).

Arguably, it would also be nice to see another Sony version that could read CFexpress Type A cards.

Thoughts
The llano 4-in-1 NP-FZ100 Battery Charger & 10400mAh Power Bank is an interesting product that makes a lot of sense if you don’t want to carry around a separate battery charger, card reader, and power bank. However, in saying that, it is pretty easy to charge NP-FZ100 Batteries inside the camera through USB-C.
The only slight caveat with an all-in-one device is that if you lose it, you end up losing a battery, a card reader, and potentially media. It may not be a product for everyone, and it really depends on how you like to organize and work with gear as to whether it would be of interest to you.
It works as advertised and is easy to use and operate. It is reasonably well-priced and compact enough that it easily fits in any bag.
