Canon today released an update for the EOS C500 Mark II and C300 Mark III cameras.
12G-SDI Output

Both cameras now can limit the output to 2K and full HD when recording in resolutions at 4K and above. This allows Compatability from the SDI outport with 3G SDI devices.
HDMI + SDI Output

Also added is the ability to use both the Monitor Out & HDMI output simultaneously. This brings the total number of monitor outputs to three, increasing flexibility in production.
Anamorphic Options Increased

You now have more anamorphic options with both e the C300 MKIII and C500 MKII. In addition to 1.3X and 2X, Canon added 1.8X De-Squeeze mode.
The C500 MKII with the full-frame sensor will now have new 4:3 and 6:5 resolution modes in Cinema Raw Light.
Look File Function

Canon added a baked-in look with the Look File Function. this allows the use of a LUT that is baked into the recording. This feature was initially available only on the C70.
New C300 MKIII Pull Down Options

Newly added 60p to 24p and 30p pull down for live broadcast. This allows for the look with seamless switching during a broadcast.
XC Protocol Compatibility

Both cameras will now be compatible with Canon’s XC Protocol, which better enables them to be used in live productions and allows them to be controlled remotely via Canon’s RC-IP100 remote controller or via 3rd party controllers.
The firmware updates for the C300 Mark III and EOS C500 Mark II cameras are expected to be available on July 30, 2021.
