At IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, SWIT was showing its upcoming Omni2 V-mount batteries. There will be two versions in the series: the Omni2-99S and the Omni2-150S. The 99S is a 14.4V 99Wh battery, and the 150S is a 14.4V 147Wh battery.
The batteries have 3 USB-C outputs that all use their own individual battery management chips. These are the outputs:
- C1: 65W Out
- C2: 140W Out
- C3: 100W In/Out
There are also two D-tap input/outputs that support 11-16.8V.
These capabilities allow the batteries to be used to power anything from cameras to accessories, and even MacBook Pros.

There is a large screen on the batteries that can clearly show you all of the output power draws and battery capacity, etc.
The batteries can also be used out in inclement weather, such as rain, and they will work in temperatures as low as -20C.

There is a mounting hole on the V-mount plate on the back of the battery in case users need to attach it to a camera or other device that doesn’t have a V-mount plate.
Pricing & Availability
The SWIT Omni2 V-mount Batteries should be available by the end of the year, but there is no current indication of pricing.
