NANLITE vela 300c & vela 150c Prototypes shown at IBC 2026

At IBC 2026, NANLITE had two new prototype LED lighting fixtures on display that have yet to be announced. The vela 300c and vela 150c feature a squarish/rectangular form factor and a Bowens mount.

The vela 150c is a 150W fixture, while, you guessed it, the vela 300c is a 300W fixture. Both lights look to be travel-friendly and compact fixtures. From what I can tell, they don’t seem to come with any battery-powered options, but that may well change before launch.

The vela series is a new upcoming line from NANLITE that will consist of fixtures that are a little different from what they have made before.

There isn’t any further information I can tell you, and there is no indication of pricing or availability, as NANLITE wasn’t publicly commenting on the fixtures.
