Teradek has officially announced the Ace Micro TX, a compact wireless transmitter that provides zero-delay video to your iPhone with a single USB-C cable.
It allows you to monitor your iPhone camera feed with the speed and image quality of a dedicated wireless system, without relying on WiFi.

Ace Micro TX is Teradek’s smallest zero-delay wireless video transmitter, and it allows you to transmit up to 4K 30p uncompressed wireless video with up to six RXs at ranges up to 500’ / 150m.
It is cross-compatible with all Bolt 4K, Bolt 6, Bolt 7, and Ace 750 systems thanks to a shared BB3 chipset, which enables operation over 6GHz and 5GHz frequencies and delivers video with less than 1 millisecond of latency.
Ace Micro TX is designed to support a wide range of zero-delay workflows with a single USB-C connection.
Users can connect directly to cameras that support DisplayPort Alt Mode (DP Alt Mode) over USB-C, including Blackmagic URSA Cine and PYXIS.
When used with an iPhone, you can mount the TX, connect via USB-C, and transmit zero-delay video using your preferred camera app. You can also integrate your iPhone into an existing Teradek wireless video ecosystem. Please note that you do need to use external USB power to power the Ace Micro TX.
The Ace Micro TX includes internal antennas, a quick-pairing button, and LED indicators for power and link status, M3 and M2.5 mounting points for horizontal or vertical workflows, and a USB-C port that consolidates power, video, and communication into a single cable. A secondary USB-C offers an additional, pass-through power option.
Ace Micro automatically detects and selects the 5GHz or 6GHz RF channel with the least interference and employs Auto-Frequency Switching to maintain optimal signal quality. Ace Micro meets all radio frequency regulations and comes with encryption and security features.
