Sony has released the Ver. 6.01 Firmware Update for the FX6. This is a minor update that addresses some bugs.

  • Error messages displayed during recording have been enhanced.
  • An issue has been resolved whereby noise could sometimes be introduced into the audio during seamless playback of multiple clips at 59.94P and 23.98P after a certain period of time had elapsed. (There is no issue with the recorded content.)
  • Colour reproduction in high-saturation areas has been improved.
  • Operational stability has been improved.
