The kit includes two 15mm carbon fiber rods, each measuring 30.0cm (11.8 in). A single locking mechanism secures both rods to the mount. The 15mm rods support accessories such as lens supports, follow focus units, matte boxes, and V-mount battery plates. As you can offset the plate, it would work well with cameras like the new GoPro MISSION 1 Pro ILS.
The mount plate features a built-in Arca-Swiss interface and comes with an Arca quick release plate for quick assembly and disassembly. There is also a flip-lever locking mechanism. The locking lever is also adjustable and is compatible with most Arca-Swiss quick release plates on the market.
The base of the mount plate is equipped with both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes, providing secure stability when used with Manfrotto quick-release plates by tightening with two screws.
