Pergear 50mm f/1.4 Full Frame Manual Focus Lens

Pergear has announced its new 50mm f/1.4 Full Frame Manual Focus Lens for Sony E, Nikon Z, Leica L, and Canon RF-mount cameras.

The casing of the 50mm f/1.4 is made out of metal, but it is still relatively lightweight, tipping the scales at 255g / 8.99 oz.

The optical design of the 50mm f/1.4 consists of 6 elements in 6 groups, and it has a 12‑blade aperture. Pergear claims that the multi‑layer anti‑reflective coating effectively suppresses flare and ghosting, preserving micro‑contrast and color fidelity even against strong backlight.

The minimum focusing distance is 60cm / 1.96′ and the lens features a 52mm front filter diameter.
