Cooke has announced that its SP3 and AP3 mirrorless lenses are now available in Nikon Z-mount. Up until now, the lenses have been available in Sony E, Canon RF, Leica L, and Leica M mounts.
After strong demand from the cinematography community, Cooke has entered into a licence agreement with Nikon to make Z-mount available for Cooke’s mirrorless lens range.
The SP3 and AP3 feature user-interchangeable mounts, allowing filmmakers to easily switch to Z-mount for use with compatible Nikon Z series and RED cameras with Z-mount.
Customers purchasing eligible Cooke SP3 or AP3 lenses can claim a complimentary Nikon Z-mount as their second mount. Existing customers who have already claimed their free mount can purchase a Z-mount as an additional accessory.
