The Fokus Kobo LAILENS LTM 50mm f/1.1 KP is a large-aperture F1.1 lens inspired by a pre-war German classic and is a redesign of the Kino Plasmat 5cm F1.5.
The lens was designed as a direct response from classic lens enthusiasts, and Fokus Kobo commissioned Mr DJ, a lens designer, to redesign the lens to suit modern photographic requirements.

The lens weighs 308g / 10.86 oz, and it is 44.5 mm long. It was designed for easy handling when paired with a rangefinder camera. The lens has a minimum focusing distance of 50cm / 1.64 ft.

The lens is a limited-edition model, and there will only be 70 units produced worldwide. The Fokus Kobo LAILENS LTM 50mm f/1.1 KP lens is for Leica M mount. The retail price in Japan is 138,800 yen. It is available in both black and silver.
