A new firmware update is available for the Profoto ProPanel 3×2. The new version A6 firmware provides the following fixes:
• Improved DMX screen (now displays profile selected)
• Air flash mode improvement
• Bug fixes
The new update is available in the Profoto apps. You connect your device to the app to get access to the latest update.
If the latest firmware update is not available in the Control App, please follow these steps:
- Make sure the app is updated
Ensure that the latest app version is installed. If your device cannot be updated, check that it has a compatible operating system (for Mac, iOS 17 or later). - Log out from the App
Try to log out of the app and then log in again. If the registration still fails, go to the next step. - Uninstall the App
Uninstall the app from your phone. - Download the Latest Version
Visit the official website or app store and download the latest version of the app. - Try Again. After installing the updated app, try to register your product again. This should resolve the issue.
