Deity THEOS DXTX Full Walkthrough

Deity has quite a few walkthrough videos about its THEOS DXTX system that goes into a lot of details about its features and specifications.

It is worth noting that the THEOS DXTX is not available for sale in North America. This is likely due to the Zaxcom patent they own for recording and transmitting simultaneously. Why Deity didn’t disable the feature similarly to the THEOS DBTX and D2RX isnt clear.

THEOS allows you to use nearly any legal frequency in your country and if you travel, your gear will adapt to the new destinations rules and regulations regarding frequency and RF power.

No longer are you stuck confined to a single “band” of frequencies you’re allowed to use.

The DXTX can be mounted on a boom pole via it’s unique boom pole mount (sold separately). When paired with the XLR Link cable (sold separately), the DXTX is the perfect boom pole transmitter because of its lightweight nature and external antenna.

Being able to record true 32-bit float means the boom microphone’s audio signal is being recorded in the most RAW format possible.
