Panasonic has announced the new Lumix S1 II and S1 IIE full-frame mirrorless hybrids. The S1 II can capture up to 5.1K 60p open gate, while the S1 IIE can do open gate 6K 30p (3:2) recording.

Both cameras look to be decent offerings for hybrid shooters who need to capture both stills and video.
Panasonic has been busy of late, and they only released the Lumix S1RII just a few months ago.
Lumix S1II
The S1 II features Panasonic’s first partially-stacked sensor, which is claimed to improve read-out speeds. It also allows the camera to record 6K30p open-gate video and to shoot up to 70 fps continuous, blackout-free stills. The camera is smaller and lighter than the original S1, and Panasonic has also improved the autofocus and AI subject detection.
The S1II is packed with advanced, creator-friendly video recording features, such as a partially stacked CMOS sensor with high-speed readout, and supports open gate 6K 30p (3:2) and 5.1K 60p (3:2) recording, C4K/4K 120p high frame rate video, and high resolution / low noise oversampled 4K video.
