Viltrox has announced its new full frame Raze AF F1.8 DL Lenses that are available in focal lengths of 16/24/28/35/50/85mm. The Raze series were designed primarily for use with the DJI Ronin 4D and they look like a decent option if you want a fast, sharp set of compact lenses.
We first saw these lenses being shown as prototypes at Cine Gear 2024.
These are lightweight and compact lenses that integrate directly with the DL mount ecosystem. They support the DL mount protocol, which allows for lossless transmission of electronic contact signals and synchronization with the gimbal’s stabilization algorithm.
The autofocus system also integrates with DJI Ronin 4D’s LiDAR focusing system, enabling precise subject tracking without the need for an external focus system.

The lenses all weigh between 316-473g, so you can use them on the Ronin 4D and take advantage of the Z-axis.
The 16mm provides a wide field of view, while the 85mm lens offers scene compression. The 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, and 50mm lenses maintain consistent image quality when switching between focal lengths, without the need for re-balancing.
All lenses in the series are claimed to offer a unified style and color performance.
The front lens element features a waterproof and anti-smudge coating, and a precision-engineered brass-plated mount securely locks onto the camera body.
