The Godox C5R Knowled RGBWW Creative Light was designed to be an ultra-compact fill light, on-camera light, or small accent light for backgrounds.
It is CCT adjustable from 2500 to 8600K and the brightness can be adjusted from 0 to 100% using the onboard controls or via a Bluetooth app.
A built-in LCD panel allows you to make changes and view key operating parameters. 39 additional effects modes feature items such as fireworks and police car for creative lighting choices.
The light isn’t particularly bright and it only has a claimed output of 18 fc / 200 Lux at 3.3′ / 1m when used at 6500K.
The light uses an in-built 3000mAh lithium-ion battery, which is claimed to be able to power it at full output for two hours. You can recharge it using the included USB Type-C cable in 2.5. A 1/4″-20 thread at the bottom of the C5R allows you to attach it to an articulating arm, but it also comes with a cold shoe mounting base.
The back of the fixture is also magnetic for even more mounting flexibility.
