Lens manufacturer Irix has released a new series of variable ND filters. The new series will be available in both traditional screw-in and an MMS magnetic mount. These filters have been designed specifically for Irix Cine lenses.
Irix claims that the filters are one of the thinnest of their kind on the market.

The Irix VariND filters are designed to work with a range of 2-5 stops. This is claimed to keep the color rendition and sharpness of the picture unchanged.
The filters come in the most common sizes: 67, 72, 82, 86, 95mm
Price & Availability
The Retails screw-in version price varies depending on the size of the filter. The 67mm retails for 115 Euros and prices go up to 215 Euros for the 95mm version. The MMS version costs 225 Euros (VAT included).
