Zeiss has released firmware v1.71 for CP.3 XD, Supreme Prime, and Supreme Prime Radiance lenses.

Firmware v1.71 improves the data exchange between the lenses and Sony Venice cameras.

Now, this isn’t firmware that you can update yourself. You need a special connection kit that consists of the lens connector, a DC power supply, the RS232 plug, and a USB /RS232 converter. It is available at the ZEISS Service stations and can be ordered from ZEISS Customer Care Center.
