Tilta has announced its new Sony a7S III camera cage. The cage has a minimalistic approach and it has been designed to not only protect the camera but also to keep the footprint to a minimum.
The cages are available as full or half cages and they both offer a lot of tapped mounting holes and easy access to the battery compartment, media cards, and all of the input and outputs.
Like most Tilta camera cages you can add add expansion options like a rotating top handle, rotating side handles, and ARRI standard rosette mounts.
The corners of the cage have been rounded off to make it easier when hand-holding the camera.
Price & Availability
Pricing for the cage will start at $39 USD for the half cage and $79 USD for the full cage.
Both options are available in Tactical Gray or Black. The should be available soon.
