ARRI talks to Jakob Ihre FSF the DP of Chernobyl

ARRI has released an interview with Jakob Ihre FSF who was the DP of HBO’s critically acclaimed mini-series ‘Chernobyl’.

Jakob talks about choosing the ARRI ALEXA Mini and using modified lenses. He also talks about experience filming the mini-series.

Jakob Ihre received an Emmy Award for Best Cinematography for ‘Chernobyl’ in 2019. ‘Chernobyl’ was shot on ALEXA Mini with Cooke S2 lenses and serviced by ARRI Rental.
