Cineo Standard 410 – NAB 2018

At NAB 2018 Cineo were showing their Standard 410 phosphor-based, tunable white light that was first announced last year.. The Standard 410 is ideal for lighting talent, sets and creating saturated colour effects. The Standard 401 is designed to go head-to-head against lights such as the Arri SkyPanels and Litepanels Gemini.

Cineo claim that their new light features a 25,000-lumen output in a chassis weighing under 27 lbs. (12kg.). The fixture has a 1’x2’ (30cm x 60cm) diffused illuminating surface for creating a strong, yet soft lighting source. The Standard 410 uses phosphor-based, tunable white light in combination with a full-gamut RGB lighting system. The four-channel interface provides control locally, using the system’s graphical control panel, through traditional wired DMX or with the Integrated LumenRadio™ CRMX bi-directional wireless DMX/RDM control.

Other features include Photo-Accurate Dimming, variable CCT from 2700K to 6500K, and an RGB/CMY colour system that Cineo claim provides variable saturation without degradation of the white light quality. The S410 features flicker-free operation and a silent, passive cooling system to ensure noise will not disrupt a shoot. The Cineo S410 is already shipping for a retail price of  $4670 USD.
