The new Bright Tangerine Arca Receiver Mk II enables you to mount any standard Arca-type plate onto a universal dovetail. With safety stops to keep the Arca plate and Dovetail secure, the Arca Receiver looks like a good solution for smaller setups.

The problem with small cameras and large lenses is that they are tough to mount. With lens mounts so low on the camera body, lenses can scrape against dovetail plates. This is where the Arca Receiver comes in, adding an effective 8mm of height required to give your lenses clearance.
The receiver features two 1/4″-20 screws to mount onto a rig of your choice. Slide a plate onto the receiver and adjust it along a 3″ travel distance for optimal balance. The plate is then locked in place using the locking lever. A removable safety stop accommodates different plate designs. An integrated illuminated bubble level makes keeping your rig level even more intuitive.
