KIPON has a new array of PL Variable ND Adapters where they have maximized the lens intake depth to fit most of the PL lenses that feature a protruding rear optical group, including the KIPON Mamiya645-PL 0.7x focal reducer. It should also work with lenses such as the NiSi ATHENA series and even ZEISS Super Speeds.

KIPON is saying that a PL-Canon RF version will be available in the future.
The variable ND filter offers 1-7 stops of ND and it can be adjusted by trning a gear on the adpter.
The variable ND module is positioned at the deepest point to maximize rear lens clearance for PL cinema lenses. The multi-start threaded mechanism ensures accurate and stable flange focal distance. KIPON claims that they are utilizing high-quality Variable ND filters produced in Japan that provide exceptional image quality, color consistency, and durability.
