Masterclass with DION BEEBE ACS, ASC

Back at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, Angénieux hosted the Pierre Angénieux Tribute, which celebrated cinematography’s greatest masters for the past 12 years.

During this 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, cinematographer Dion Beebe ACS, ASC, gave a masterclass moderated by Jordan Mintzer from The Hollywood Reporter.

The masterclass allows you to step inside the mind of an artist who impressed the world with his artistic vision of cinematography and dive into Dion’s wonderful career, where he shares and reflects on the creative process behind some of his most iconic films. From Holly Smoke by Jane Campion to Michael Mann’s Collateral and Miami Vice or Rob Marshall’s Chicago and Memoirs of a Geisha, Dion has redefined the language of modern cinema.
