The battery features what SmallRig describes as a triple-proof design. It has an IP54 rating, making it waterproof and dustproof, while the housing is drop-resistant up to 5.9′ / 1.79cm. There is also overcurrent, overvoltage, and over-charging/discharging protection.
SmallRig includes 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads, providing mounting options, and there are backlit indicator lights that enable easy operation even in low-light conditions.
The T221’s independent circuits let you use one USB-A, two USB-C, and four D-Tap ports to power and charge multiple devices at once. The USB-C ports support 140W bidirectional PD fast charging, and an integrated BMS control chip enables rapid battery charging in just two hours.
