Blackmagic Design lowers the prices for PYXIS 6K & Cinema Camera 6K

Blackmagic Design has announced price reductions for the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K models and Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K. According to Blackmagic Design, the lower pricing has been made possible by securing better pricing on parts.

This is the opposite of the trend we have been seeing recently, where the price of most cameras has been going up.

The new prices, excluding duties, are listed below.

Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K has been reduced from $2,715 USD to $1,595 USD
Blackmagic PYXIS 6K L has been reduced from $3,080 USD to $1,995 USD.
Blackmagic PYXIS 6K EF has been reduced from $3,070 USD to $1,995 USD.
Blackmagic PYXIS 6K PL has been reduced from $3,265 USD to $2,195 USD

Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K and Blackmagic PYXIS 6K models are available immediately from Blackmagic Design resellers worldwide.
