Featuring the same footprint as the XLR-H2, the handle riser preserves compatibility with third-party cages while providing signal passthrough and stable mounting to the XLR handle via its integrated hot shoe and multiple 1/4″-20 threads. Its built-in 18″ cable and proprietary mounting adapter connect the FX5 to the DVF-EL1, providing an anti-twist 1/4″-20 thread and mini 15mm rod for flexible rig configuration.
It is compatible with both the XLR-H2 and XLR-H1 XLR handle units.
The 15mm Rod Clamp attaches via two included 1/4″-20 screws and provides a mounting port for one 15mm rod. It is compatible with MID49’s TWIST system for mounting an electronic viewfinder or other modular rig components, and sports one additional anti-twist 1/4″-20 female thread for additional accessory attachment.
The TWIST Mount Double-Sided NATO Rail to 15mm Rod helps you construct an EVF mount best suited for your specific camera, thanks to its separately available modular components. This base component features a double-sided NATO rail with variable friction that measures 6″ long and can be controlled via a thumbscrew and safety pins on either end. A 15mm rod can attach to sideways 15mm rod clamps and position the rail parallel to your camera.
The TWIST Mount EVF Knuckle helps you construct an EVF mount best suited for your specific camera configuration using separately available modular components. This knuckle component features a NATO rail clamp and a 15mm rod port with a variable friction design, so you can adjust your monitor without needing to loosen the thumbscrew. Separately available mounting components allow you to customize the knuckle for compatibility with specific monitor brands.
