Blackmagic Design has released the Desktop Video 16.4 Update, which adds a feature to the DeckLink IP HD series that allows the IP address of the NMOS register to be set manually, simplifying integration into large-scale facilities using ST 2110 IP. Stability when using the Cintel Scanner with DaVinci Resolve has also been improved.

- Fix intermittent issue causing network settings to disappear from utility.
