It features a two-step installation and removal process, and according to SmallRig, the aluminum and stainless steel device has a controlled opening that differs from conventional spring-loaded clamps and prevents pinching.
Built-in silicone pads protect the SSD from slipping and getting scratched, while the two included 1/4″-20 screws allow for mounting to the side of your camera cage or other rig. The clamp also comes with an Allen wrench.
