MID49 FX2 Cage Updates Plus Power Plate

MID49 was showing new FX2 Cage Updates at Cine Gear 2026. The new components include an extra-long NATO rail for mounting a monitor. On the monitor is a new folding clamp that lets it fold away for easy storage. This was a feature users were requesting.

Power Plate

The power plate has a USB 5 to 20 multi-voltage output. It also has a TRRS LANK input. It’s available in V-mount and Gold Mount. On top are inputs for 2-pin Lemo and 3-pin Fisher.

Pricing and Availability

The Power Plate will be in the $400 USD range. The NATO Rail is $145 USD.
Both will be available early July.
