Exposimeter is an app that works like a virtual light meter that was made by cinematographer and member of the Association of Czech Cinematographers, Ondřej Kymla.
The app was designed for cinematographers and gaffers, and it allows you to take real lights, set them up inside the app, and then very accurately measure the exposure of your scene before you even turn on a camera.
Even though it was designed for professionals, it is also helpful for beginners who don’t have experience using a light meter. The app is very modular, so you can start with very basic setups and advance to more complicated and tricky lighting scenarios.
There are currently 225 different lights in the database that you can choose from.

Exposimeter is available for a one-time price of $99.90 USD, which gives you lifetime (as long as the app is around!) access and updates. You can also do an annual plan for $29.90 USD that you can cancel anytime.
