The new DJI Lito Series is being touted as easy-to-use camera drones for beginners. The new series consists of the Lito X1 and Lito 1.

The Lito 1 is very similar to the Lito X1, except it has a slightly smaller 1/2″ CMOS sensor, no forward-facing LiDAR, and no D-Log M 10-bit 4:2:0 (H.265).
DJI Lito X1

The DJI Lito X1 is being called a premium camera drone for beginners. It features a 1/1.3″ sensor, omnidirectional obstacle sensing, and ActiveTrack.
Users can record video in 4K/60fps, 4K/100fps, 10-Bit D-Log M, and there is also 2.7K vertical recording. DJI claims that the drone has up to 14 stops of dynamic range when shooting in HDR modes.

The DJI Lito X1 can capture up to 8K resolution photos that retain crisp details even when zoomed or cropped. SmartPhoto is claimed to optimize lighting and colors.

The DJI Lito X1 is claimed to deliver stable and safe tracking across a range of scenarios at a speed of up to 12 m/s.

As far as flight time is concerned, users can get up to 36 mins with the Intelligent Flight Battery, or 52 mins with the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus.

You can charge the drone directly via USB-C. For faster turnaround, the Charging Hub charges up to three batteries simultaneously.

There is 42GB of internal storage, plus the ability to use your own media.

QuickTransfer transfers files at up to 50 MB/s via Wi-Fi 6, downloading fully packed storage in 14 mins. It also supports Off-State QuickTransfer.

With wind resistance up to 10.7 m/s, the aircraft hovers and flies stably outdoors, ensuring reliable conditions for video recording.

The DJI Lito X1 retails for $619 AU. Unfortunately, it isn’t currently available for sale in the US.
