Tilta has just released its new Nikon ZR cage solution, which can convert from a simple L-Bracket with a built-in handle to a full cage solution.

As the cage solution revolves around a modular design, you can either turn it into a full cage solution or break it down and just use the L Bracket
The L-Bracket looks like a nice solution for those users who want to keep the camera’s footprint to a minimum.
With a small-sized mirrorless hybrid like the Nikon ZR, you don’t want to make the camera larger than it has to be, and you want to have easy access to all of the controls. Tilta has designed the cage solutions so that everything is easily accessible.
The integrated wooden grip that can be used in the L-Bracket or full cage configuration looks to be well thought out. One of the problems wth the ZR is that it isn’t arguably that easy to grip because of its design and size.
The L-Bracket configuration weighs in at just 139g / 0.31 lb.
The bottom of the cage features an Arca-Swiss quick release and an in-built magnetic tool. Tilta also includes a built-in thumb screw cable clamp for securing HDMI and USB-C cables.
