7Artisans has officially announced its new Floral Bloom 37mm T2.9 lens. The 37mm T2.9 is part of the Floral Bloom Art Cine Lens Series, which includes the 57mm T2.9. The series was designed to manipulate focus and warp reality. Essentially, it is almost like a Lens Baby, without the ability to manipulate where the effect is positioned.
The lens only comes in PL mount, and it will cover full-frame sensors. T2.9 aperture and explosive bokeh, this lens offers full-frame coverage and creative control, providing filmmakers and visual creators a fast track to turn their boldest, most daring ideas into surreal, emotionally charged cinematic visuals.

The Swirly Bokeh effect maintains sharpness in the center of the image while producing a swirling blur at the periphery at distances from 1.2 to 3.5′ or a bursting blur at the edges beyond 3.5′.
The Light Pattern effect produces circular bokeh at the center and peripheral conical flares that radiate outward.
It has a minimum focusing distance of 35cm / 13.78″, a 72mm front filter diameter, and a focus throw of 300°.
