At Cine Gear 2025, Profoto unveiled the new L600C RGBWWW 600W full-color point-source LED light. The Profoto Core LED light engine features the world’s first RGBWW chip set. Delivering an industry-leading TLCI of 99.
Profoto is sticking to the no-ballast design with these two fixtures for rapid set-ups, saving time on set. They also have an app to control the light. The L600C brings speed with its streamlined design. Its intuitive onboard controls, app compatibility, and wireless options like DMX, CRMX, and Profoto Air provide ease of use.

A cool feature is that you can also use these lights as a high sync flash with full color options.
Sony and Profoto are expanding their technology partnership with the release of new firmware updates that make Profoto flashes fully compatible with Sony’s global shutter camera, the α9 III.
