Eleven Percent has announced LockIn, a plugin for After Effects & Premiere Pro that was designed to help editors stay focused and work faster.
LockIn includes:

LockIn was developed when video editor Devin Huynh, realized how much time he was wasting re-watching edits instead of finishing them. He also found that the traditional UI of Premiere Pro and After Effects felt boring and uninspiring and that editing should be something you look forward to, and it shouldn’t be a chore.
