Maono has announced its new Wave T5 Wireless Lavalier Microphone which was designed for content creators, professional video producers, photographers, etc.
The Maono Wave T5 is claimed to deliver good sound quality and it features a 120dB maximum SPL and an 80dB signal-to-noise ratio.
It is equipped with 48kHz/24-bit resolution and the advanced intelligent noise cancellation features three modes and 14 levels of noise reduction.
The Wave T5 has controls such as Click to Mute, Hold to Shoot functionality, and a 30-hour battery life.
The microphone features a flexible, magnetic design as we have seen on quite a few affordably priced wireless audio products. It looks very similar to the Hollyland Lark M2.
The Wave T5 also supports a variety of voice filters—Vocal, Magnetic, Warm, and Bright. The claimed range is over 300 meters (LOS).
The microphone is available with multiple receiver options, including:
- USB Type-C for devices like iPhone 16/15, Samsung, OnePlus, iPad, and MacBook
- Lightning connector for iPhone 14 through iPhone 6 models
- 3.5mm receiver for laptops, cameras, and PCs
The Wave T5 will be available in February from the Maono website, Amazon and Amazon UK for $129.90 USD /£107 approx. As a comparison, the Hollyland LARK M2 DUO 2-Person Wireless Combo Microphone System retails for $119 USD.
