KIPON has officially released its new 0.62x optic focal reducers that were developed in cooperation with the Module 8 team. The optical system can convert 6 x 7 format lenses like Pentax67, and Hasselblad V into lenses that can cover a 44 x 33 sensor size.
The focal reducer gives lenses a wider field of view, with the added benefit of a one and half-stop increase. This optic system was designed by Iain Neil, who has won 13 Academy Awards.
The Baveyes Pentax67-GFX 0.62x and Baveyes Pro Pentax67-LPL 0.62x lock style are for users of the Fuji GFX cameras and BMCC 17K, ARRI Alexa 65, and Fujifilm ETERNA medium format cameras.
