Wise Advanced CFexpress 4.0 Type B Card Reader

Wise Advanced has announced its new CFexpress 4.0 Type B Card Reader. Thanks to the most cutting-edge chip developed by one of the leading bridge controller manufacturers, you can overcome the prior 10 Gbps port and get up to a maximum transfer rate of 40 Gbps which which fully covers the maximum speed of PCIe Gen 4 x2 memory cards.

By utilizing the Wide Adavanced CFexpress 4.0 Type B Card Reader you can reduce the transfer time by 75% from 2 minutes to 30 seconds when offloading 100GB of material (Based on Wise Advanced test conditions via WA-CX02 and RD-40CXB card readers with Apple MacBook Pro M2. The actual performance of the transfer time was from 136 to 30 seconds).

The RD-40CXB is forged in aluminum and equipped with a certified USB4 cable.

The Wise CFexpress 4.0 Type B Card Reader will be available in mid-April 2024, and it will retail for $99.99 USD.
